I'm not sure I understand what you are asking for. There is a section in the forum called "Ideas". Here you may suggest girls for the team. Also, If you know someone personal (or is an agent) you may contact the team using the online form on the help page to get a direct connection.

There is no "voting" for new girls generally. Sometimes the team post on a casting in the Platinum area to get feedback from this group of "Platinum members"... but in the end it's the team that decide what girls to hire.

Anjin, that's a pretty groovy site you have there - very informative. I have a question for you, how did you determine which individual *.vghd file played which sequence? Is there an external viewer for these files? I tried both vlc player and virtualdub, two programs that can open just about any multimedia file, and neither was successful at opening an Adriana M clip I was reading about on your site... I even tried renaming the extension to a known video format.
