Ok, I've placed several links and banners on my website and in just a couple of days I've already had 54 clicks, 5 installs and 3 sign ups. If I do not achieve the minimum amount before the end of the payperiod does the ballance rollover to the next payperiod or does it go back to zero?

Also... is there anyway to use this income to purchase free tickets?

The mininum amount is $50. You will not receive any payment until that is reached. Try contacting them about getting paid in tickets. I sure something could be worked out.
