I downloaded the cards i wanted, but i cant figure out how to move them from the website to my desktop. any hints?

hello @jayrock213 for see the show you must use the program VGHD, (program files - VGHD) and you can see one V icone on the desk barre, clic mouse right on for open the program, left clic mouse for start the show.
