I have two computers, and have recently upgraded my desktop - requiring complete re-installs of all of my software and data. I just reinstalled my VGHD program and attempted to login - but was unable due to the software telling me I have installed my account on too many computers. As I said, I have TWO computers - they are the only ones I have installed and logged in using my info. Will someone please fix this glitch.

I did search the messages for "too many installs" and they all said contact customer support, someone will have to reset the passwords/accounts. Since apparently there is no "customer support" here, these forums are the only option to get the attention of the moderators/managers. I cannot 'uninstall' the software from my previous hard drive since it is dead and gone.
So a little help from the other end of this website would be appreciated.

The support as stated in a topic above this one. Look in the Bugs and Fixes area to report problems, particularly look for existing topics or your requests will be missed.

Tamcef & fnfal, I am fixing your install problems now, but please go check out the other topic and see how its done.

Edit: Tamcef, you have no reported usage of your install, so someone must have fixed it already.
