thanks for the advice on this...I've actually tried this procedure you mentioned several times after I saw the solution posted in the forum for another user's issue, however it does not seem to help those "black and white" cards. They actually show to be downloading, but get to about 47% and than error out.
In Advanced Settings, the download list shows that the program has tried numerous times throughout the day to download these cards but keeps failing.
I also have several requests with Customer Service which I sent last week, but have yet to hear from them.
I do appreciate everyone's help in the forum as this has been my only source of speaking to anyone on these issues up to this point....thanks
