I am unable to run the latest version over the previous one that worked perfect, the new version installs ok, then while trying to choose a model an error happens, and shuts down the application. The error says:
"virtuagirl main executable has stopped working and must close."
I already asked customer service for help and they said nothing is different from the previous version. I have tried reinstalling the latest version of the program as if being done a first install, but it still has the issue. If anyone has had the same issue or knows what the cause is I would appreciate whatever input you may have.
thanx.

Including the following in a reply on this thread if someone is actually gonna be able to really help you.

OS (version and updates and SP your using)

System Specs.(desktop or laptop/notebook, CPU, RAM, video card(s), driver version, etc.).

Anything special in the way your running it (with models in a different directory, etc.).

That said, if you have not previously tried a clean reinstall, I would.
Note your account information (log on and password)
Backup your model (and model data) files into a temp location (outside the vghd folder to be safe).
Uninstall vgHD using the included uninstaller.
Reboot the system, then reinstall, start vgHD and activate it using you original account information.
Go to the "advanced settings" tab turn off the automatic updates, wait for the system to populate your model list.
Shutdown vgHD, load your models files back into the model and data files.
Restart and turn auto updates on, but with the models returned a, re-download will file check them.

It sounds like something that you might be running co-incidentally with the VGHD player, has a memory leak.

With the VGHD lady dancing on your desktop:
Right click on the taskbar & open task manager.
Go to Processes
Click on the title header of the column Memory (Private Working Set) in order to sort the column to high memory processes being top most.
See what other progs are hogging your ram besides vghd.exe and try to eliminate them.
If this solves the problem, you may just need a ram upgrade.
