Go to DeskTop Settings, in Filters make sure your " not downloaded " girls are shown, Click on the Show,and " Download " !! :)

I have a download problem. The models are in my models folder but the my collection screen says they are not downloaded and they will not play.

I had a problem like that zoltar solved it by opening the the models folder vghd on my hard drive, moving the card file out of that folder, hitting the check for up dates in the advanced settings then moving it back and updating again.
