Hi all. I recently became a member and have a quick question. It shows my tomorrow's model to be someone I already have. I bought her a couple days ago as a booster pack, does that mean I don't get a new girl tomorrow?
Contact Customer Services explain what has happened and they will give you a ticket credit.
It's happened to me three times. I now keep a list of what models I haven't got and add the day on which it will appear.
There are three stages: 1. Model card downloaded into the Data folder that is the day after tomorrow's model. 2. Model card showing as Tomorrow's Model. 3. Model appears in your collection.
If you are not subscribed, that's not uncommon. You will simply not get to see a new trailer for the day. If you are subscribed, do as suggested above.
Last time it happened to me, I checked my data folder, no trace of the current special, I bought it for 1 ticket, while I was buying it, it had downloaded as the day after tomorrow's model. I missed out on a girl for that day but Customer Services refunded me the 1 ticket I had spent.
This has happened to me three times during my current subscription either after I have bought booster packs or bought cards on special offer.
In the cases where I bought the card on special offer they refunded me 1 ticket, but where I got the card as part of a booster pack they actually refunded me two tickets. So if they are consistent in this, I would have thought that you should get a two ticket refund.
I ended up getting two tickets as a refund. Thanks again for the help!
