The other day I was thinking about a quicker way to create a 3D SBS scene.
So I said to myself...
What is one of the simplest 2D scenes examples?

Background 2D
So I looked at that one again....

Why can't I do the same for a 3D scene and create a Background 3D scene?

Screen Capture a SBS 3D background.
use that as the Texture, and then display the Sae clip on the left side and right side of the background.

Simple and Easy SBS 3D Scene
and the Backgrounds can be easily updated, just by adding new SBS images.

So I created it...

and then, I thought .. Now how can I get the Background to Change with the least amount of user interaction?

A trick I've been using for a long time....
Make a duplicate of the same scene, only enable the Scene and it's duplicate
and then the right mouse button, (or the down arrow key ) will switch between the enabled scenes.
Note: The Down Arrow key always ***** the Next Scene to be started, or Reload the current scene if it is the only one
But the Right mouse button, Only works if there is more than one Scene in the Scene Que.

So that is what I did...

Create Two duplicate Scenes, Background 3D-A and Background 3D-B
then Only enable these two scenes
and from the Headset, I can Aim and press button B to get the scene to Change..
and thus see the next random 3D Background...

Then there was some more thoughts...
I had written an app I called Scene Image ***** or SIF for short.
So I could take an Animation / video clip and extract the frames to Still Images.
then using each Image as a Texture and properly constructed timers with Opacity.
I was able to ***** through these images and create an Animation or Video in a Scene.

But I was using the SIF app to ***** through up to 20 Frames per second...

Why couldn't I slow the ***** rate down so that each background image was displayed for 30 seconds or 60 seconds or maybe only 2 seconds..

Just a matter of setting the time durations and the Opacity levels...

So I wrote a new formula for my SIF app to use image Duration instead of Images Per Second.

for 10 images:
with a 60 second duration each.

Start with Image 10, it's opacity can be 1, and no timer is used, so it is by default always full opacity.

Then place Image 9 on top of Image 1, it's Starting opacity is the Image number Time the Duration or 9 x 60 = 540
The timer would then be a linear timer, in a Forward loop and it would control the Opacity
The time would be Total number of images x the duration or 10 x 60 = 600
and the Opacity change would be the inverse or -600

Repeat this process for the rest of the Images 8 through 1
So for Image 8, Start Opacity = 8 x 60 = 480
the timer duration = 600 and the Opacity change = -600

for image 7, Start Opacity = 7 x 60 = 420
Duration =600, change = -600
...
Image 1, Start opacity = 1 x 60 = 60
Duration = 600, change = -600

if Number of Images = NI = 10
and Delay = D = 60
Current Image = CI
Start Opacity = NI x CI
Timer duration = NI x D
Opacity change = - (NI x D ) 'negative of timer duration

this formula will work for any number of images, and Delay...

I put it all together and it works wonderfully...

Now if only I could get the Random backgrounds and the timed background flipping to work together..

Well that works too, but I can't make sure that each image is randomly shown only once...
But each time the scene is played, a new random scene background order is played...

With some free software you can watch regular 2D porn movies with the experience of watching on giant IMAX screen. So they are great for watching regular 2D 1080P or 4K videos and especially for 8K 3D videos.

Thanks for the suggestions. I tried movie & tv software that's on my computer with a vr video I purchased here. The video was stretched and zoomed in so I couldn't watch it. What free software would play the vr video here correctly? I am interested in games as well, just concerned over the weight of the headset and how I'll respond to using vr for the first time. Read some posts that the weight of the headset and vr made some people sick so it limited usage. The prices sound good if I'm able to use them for a good amount of time.

Well yes of course it does - I've just never seen it before. I can convert my balloons scene with this.

The card being in 4K is not based on it's date of Release, but rather on the date of production in the Studio.
It Matters with which Camera the Rushes were recorded in.

So it is all dependent on which Video recording equipment was used when the performance was recorded.

In his set of WebGL shader conversions FGA340 has had the VR shader component
commented out for regular use. However, It would be nice to see someone remix

Thank you for this and I second the quesion. The VR page still mentions Oculus Go, Cardboard and other ancient VR devices. Istripper should be updating their VR quality for modern devices such as Quest 2, Quest 3, Apple Vision Pro, etc.

I was buying every VR show, now I haven't bought one in over a year as 5K is so blurry and unsatisfying to watch.

Also be aware that there are 2000 cards in 4k resolution.

You have nearly a full collection and if you haven't previously downloaded some of them in 4k, I would suggest updating them in "chunks" rather than all at once.

The earliest released 4k card I can find in my collection is E1208 Leyla Fiore - No Apologies



This was released 23/05/2019

Due to release schedules there are a few "lower" number E cards that are in 4K but were released later.

The lowest number E card I can see is E1193 - Li Moon - A Step Above



This wasn't released until 21/06/2019.

The first released (and lowest numbered) F card in 4k is F0480 Lesya - Cure For It All.



This was release on 31/05/2019

The 4k shows are available since 01/07/2019 (1st july 2019).

If you go into "Collection" and select the filter for Quality -> Crystal Clear you can see in the release date when they came out. You're spot on with the date, looks like midway through 2019.

I'd love to see them upgraded, there's plenty of AI tools available to do this sort of thing.

I always questioned myself when was the date when the shows were filmed in 4k instead 3k? Cause I wondered if I can update some shows from 3k to 4k since I am a member. It must be around 2019 to 2020 but I am unsure.

you are welcome.

Yes, back up the folders within the data folder too. This is not necessary for the current system you are using. The images may or may not be gone (I have never lost my images of Karolina and Dianna, and have not used custom images), but the cards will still play.
On a new (different) system, you will definitely need a backup of the entire data folder (and all card folders within it).
Place these on an external hard drive, or anywhere you can access that is not the 'c' drive.

@muttonjeff How to archive the cards?

Clip management is good, but the problem is when playing a model in full size it typically gets blocked by the model because both are at the center of the screen. Unlike the previous interface it used to be on the left. So for changing a clip, we need to either stop playing and select another one or wait till the model moves here and there to be able to hover my mouse on another clip to click on it.

One of the recent removals happened without any kind of notice beforehand. Can't remember who it was.

It was Karolina and the lack of notice was my fault.
Lynette sent me a "calm" request, whereas Karolina was completely in *****, that's why I rushed to remove her cards...

I think that giving us advance notice at all is actually quite generous.

The last thing Lynette or others (whose shows are removed from the store) want, is to make lots of people here rush in to buy her shows before they're gone 😄 At least the more "FOMO inclined" of us will be doing that.
