Unless you have a backup copy of the Data folders, there would be no way to recover the card images.

I know that you keep the cards you already have but I have a wishlist with more that I wanted to buy. Due to money or space concerns I haven't been able to empty the list and some of them are no longer available and you can't possibly predict which one will be next; that is my problem. I don't blame the team for not announcing it in advance cuz that makes it counterintuitive for the model in question if she wanted less attention, but something has to be made in advance with the current girls to prevent such further issues, which seems to be more frequent as time goes by.
Also I lose sleep over my backup external drive breaking and losing my collection without another way to get the unavailable shows again, how many backups is enough backup :(

Chems (five cards) are now gone from my collection.
I never owned one of her cards.
I got 60 credits back.

This is a VR video - it is not part of the Advent Calendar and has to be purchased separately.

It was the Special Event Card that was free with the Calendar.

To Add to above,
The App does have a built in Size limit for the Previews, and once this Limit has been reached, Older previews are automatically Deleted.

This size limit used to be 20GB of space.
There was a registry setting you could Add to Increase this built in default limit.

I have mine set to a very large size of 8TB so that it will never automatically Delete the Preview files.

Select the Branch
HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Totem\vghd\dlm_server
Then in the right Pane
RIGHT CLICK and Select NEW String Value

Rename the New Key, and Give it a value in bytes.
maxUserDefinedPreviewsBuffer = 8796093022208

Repeat for
maxDeletedDemoSize = 8796093022208

In Addition I believe there is a new Key that you can use to specify the GB size.

maxPreviewsBufferGB = 8192

I checked the website models page, and could not find Chems.
I checked my collection in the app, and then one card page.
'No longer available' is shown.
Also, there is no 'other cards' for that card.

It does seem that Chems is gone.

Did Chems request to be removed?I own all her cards, but there is a note on her bio saying no longer available.

The app never deletes any of the animation files, which are located in the 'models' folder.
They will stay there even if you disable previews.
They stay where they were downloaded, in case the app has any reason to be playing them. This makes playing much quicker.

Previews take up very little space compared to one full card.
I just checked card e2033 (Kristy Sea).
This card has a total of 800 MB at 720p. Only 30 MB of previews.
Of course a larger resolution will take up more space.

Let's say I find a card I like and download the preview. What happens to previews of cards that you don't buy? Do they stay on your hard drive forever, or do they get replaced as you go?
