Or does the monthly membership simply allow one girl per day delivered to your account? I just figured it might be a better deal to sign up only for a 1 month subscription, download as many girls as possible, and then call it quits.

The Membership gives you 1 girl a day full show. If you want them all you'll have to buy tickets to get them. There isn't a limit that I know of on how many girls you can buy a day other than how many you want to buy.
