I am kinda new to this, I have it on my laptop but would also like to put it on my desktop. Do I just download it? How do i et all my girls tranfered over and keep em coming without paying twice. Any help would be appreciated.

It is the one that you typed in when you created the account.
It is also probably in the e-mail notification from when you subscribed/purchased tickets.
You are authenticated via the web interface, so if you set your e-mail in your profile you can ask support to tell you what it is.
Online support appears to have gone, but the e-mail support should still be there.
