This is a question for anyone who can help. I recently downloaded a lot of girls. I am wondering where the files are downloaded to on my comp. this would be good to know for hardware maintenance reasons.

along with information on how to move the data path for the models to a different drive.

Hopefully they'll offer the chance to change default save location in a later update.

Markxx may be inaccurate. This person could be thinking of a different operating system or type of computer.

If you have windows xp, first, click start (lower left corner), then click "My Computer" in the right column (click just once). This opens up your computer so that you can see individual files and folders.

Then you can find virtuagirlhd here: C:Documents and Settings'user name'Application Datavghd. The individual girls (not the outfits or animations) are here: C:Documents and Settings'user name'Application DatavghdModels. Clicking on any folder in the Models folder will bring you to all files for that girl.

NOTE: replace 'user name' with your actual user name on your computer. For instance, if your user name is djepiphany22, then the place you find your girls is this: C:Documents and Settingsdjepiphany22Application Datavghd. Just an example.

The standard location for the files differ depending on whether you run XP or VISTA.

C:Documents and Settings[User Name]Application Datavghd

VISTA
C:Users[User Name]AppDataRoamingvghd

There you should have 2 sub folders: Data and Models

The Data folder holds control info and the Models folder the actual media clips.

NOTE: These folders might be hidden depending on your computers security settings.

NOTE2: The [User Name] is your user name on your computer. Not for VGHD.

I have XP and for some reason, there is no AppData directory or anything similar to what has been posted on the location.

Can someone tell me anything about the file extensions so I can search for them?
