I had gotten out of the habit, as I hadn't received any for a very long time, and so I was paying little attention to it.
About a day and a half ago I received some bonus credits by email from iS, but I only noticed it now. Is there anything I can do?

In the GUI ( App) - or website
You can click on your avatar - on the website click on your name
Then select "My Profile"......
Then select Apply Coupon under your avatar
Enter the code from your email
Then click "Apply Coupon"

Thanks for your reply Jay, that was very kind of you, that's what I did but the problem is that I arrived "late" by about a day, and it no longer allows me to redeem the coupon as you advised.
My question was if there was anything I could do about this.

Merci pour ta réponse Jay, c'est très gentil de ta part, c'est ce que j'ai fait mais le problème c'est que je suis arrivé "en retard" d'environ un jour, et cela ne me permet plus d'utiliser le coupon comme tu me l'avais conseillé.
Ma question était de savoir s’il y avait quelque chose que je pouvais faire à ce sujet.

Could try an email to support, or a ticket on the App, or a DM to Manue or Celine?
You never know they might just forgive being only a day late.
