yes of course i know i'm late for this one but when i come in theses event i always got the message who say i already have all cards and can't participate or i suppose i can participate but spend for nothing except the special card.

That's correct @Breat44 if you have all Cards you can only hunt for Joker Cards,
or Credits in the 25 Game or the Scratch Game for example.
