Good morning,
Yesterday I purchased 2 cards, both Florane Russell, cards number 0503 and 0503.
The cards have not dowloaded. Both are in my collection, but, are grayed out and unplayable.

Did you try to download them again? Sometimes connection problems happen, then you need to try later to download.
