I live in America, I was wondering what time are the new cards are released

Central Time Zone......usually just before 3:00 A.M.

Something's curious for me : since we are in the winter time in France (GMT+1), I can see the new card at 11:00am Paris time on the website, not 10:00am.
Nota : I'm using the website because I'm at work and I don't have access to the software to see if the new card appears in the carousel at 10:00am.

In the UK I am still seeing the shows appear at around 9am - which is 10am in Paris.

For you it's normal, but as I'm living in France, I should see the new card at 10:00am not 11:00am !

I wonder if the reason for the difference is not your location but because you are accessing via the Web?

I suspect that both @Philours and I access via the App.
