I have managed to download 1 show using my free tickets i got when i joined, and that works fine, but the automatic downloads ive got (2 of them), which are full shows, say they have been downloaded but are not showing up in "my collections". Any ideas on why they are not showing up even when they say theyve been downloaded?

I had a problem downloading too, but that was because of my firewall.
