I just watched Viola Modern Warfare. She does pushups, crunches, etc. in one of her clips. Quite impressive.

While it is nice to see a jumping jack and yoga, I don't remember a real workout on any other woman/clip.

What other women/clips have real workouts?

A show with squats would be hot. I'm sure there are a several of those.

I too like workout shows very much, and would like to see more.

One I can think of offhand is Nici's "A Hard Workout". It certainly made ME want more workout cards...

It looks like the "sports" tag will pick up what iStripper has. I see Sasha Meow's "Ready Steady Cum", Cindy Secret's "A Perfect Fit", and Ana B's "Workout Wonder" are all there and they're the ones I can think of.

I have several of the cards mentioned. Wonderful stuff. I still revert back to Viola. pushups and crunches are so basic... and so difficult... it is not easy to do unless you are actually fit enough to do them.

And she does them well.
