Anyone know how to get some support?

I recently purchased 2 lots of credits, but only 1 was added to my account.

I have checked my CC statement and can see both purchases, but my balance and account does not reflect the first purchase.

You must contact the team by a ticket to the customer service. Open the info tab (the i icon upright the GUI) and you can reach the customer service there.

I tried to access the support how you indicated, but the drop-down for the reason was populated with "undefined", and I was unable to submit a ticket.

I sent a ticket to [email protected].

Could someone please confirm this is the correct address for support?

I'm eager to have these credits applied so I can download new packs.

@wherestron - This may be a silly question, but did you select a category from the list of reasons offered by the drop down menu? If it stayed undefined that suggests that you didn't.

Yes @TheEmu. I did try. But the drop down was populated only with multiple instances of "undefined".

As an aside, I always find the Featured Deals have trouble also.

I think it's probably related to something to do with my firewall or anti-virus software - but I have looked high and low and set the app to trusted, but it still gives me problems :/

In case anyone has any tips, I'm using Kaspersky on Windows 10.

@wherestron ; could you log onto the website from a mobile device and lodge your ticket from there? Or from any computer with internet access. You will then learn if you have an issue with your computer's security system.

And what is this drop down menu? When I open the customer service tab, Windows10 serves me a pop-up asking if I want to open with “Mail” or with another mailing app available from the microsoft store.

And customer service is not there for us on weekends. They are available Monday through Friday between the hours of 9:00am and 5:00pm, Paris France time-zone.
