Guys,
Keep getting error message which says I have too many active accounts and won't let me reinstall the software. Recently had a virus and had to redo my hard drive. Can anyone help?

You will need to use the live chat help; explain what happened and they will be able to reset the number of active accounts.

normally if you are in the same place you must with same address IP. thus not of problem same if you have to reinstall xp.
you must expose your case has totem in any case in their sending an email.
