Click on the SUPPORT button then 'Contact us' and state your grievance. Include as much info as possible and I guarantee you that the iStripper team will do everything they can to resolve your issue.
Personally, over the many years I've been involved with VG/iStripper, I've NEVER had a reason to be disgruntled with their service. Contrary to some members' opinions, they always try to figure out what's going wrong for members. I've also never really had a major problem that I couldn't figure out for myself. The software just works for me :)
Please be patient. Take a breath and contact the CS or support team BEFORE throwing this out to the rest of the membership.
It could be something YOU did that caused the issue. The team need to know this stuff to prevent it happening again... They are very good at this if they know what caused the issues.
Again, since I joined, my software has always done what it said on the box. It plays the cards/clips and much more if you care to stick around and enjoy all the member add-ons like skins, custom cards and fullscreen scenes. It's all good, my friend 😊
