Don't want these cards

Hi
Anybody else been as stupid as me. Last week I clicked on the bonus buy offer, just to see what it had to say. It was the offer with the envelope.
I didn't have any cards on my wishlist, so it had no comparisons, to base it's offer on. I thought it was going to show me costs and which shows I'd get. Not so, it downloaded me about four cards all of which I'd never have chosen myself, putting a dirty great hole in my credit position.
I suppose that I'm stuck with them now and have no way to get my credits back?
Great

Similiar story as here:

I wonder why you needed whole week to realize that.

As @cncbehrends29 said (in another thread):
Sounds like someone bought the mystery and didn't like it, made up a story about being ripped off and wants a refund.
I agree in every word with @cncbehrends29 at that case. Same here?

I would say: "We must pay for our mistakes, BUAHAHAHA 😈". Next time you will think twice or ask if you are not sure.

BTW: Few years ago I had a subscription. I've got many cards that I don't wanted. Can I get a refund? (Rethorical question)

Now seriously: In your case I would contact Customer Support and wait for their answer.

in your case i would contact customer service with a deal: you bought them by mistake, by your misunderstood of the offer, without expected comfirmation of the purchase, and you, customer, want to correct this together with them, company-seller. you cannot just ask refund, you can ask the refund to spend it immediately for the cards you like. you here for buying the shows and you asking for ability to do it, you declare to them your promise without any delays you buy the cards at least in the taken amount of refund and you do that you promise. be ready to prove them that you a Customer, that you not a one day dust! with such position you respect the seller and the seller will respect and trust you, and no matter how many you have bought. Totem are good people and working with an effort to satisfy all their users, but if you will trying to forget your declared promise then they will have a rights to be not good to you and block all your purchased cards ;) ready to deal? ;) ok, contact with customer service. not ready to spent all your credits? well, don't regret, it's a game and no cheating here, in envelopes random cards, but they packing firstly from a cards with highnest quality and rating, so what you bought by mistake can like you sometime later when you will in other mood.

I was going to take one for the team and buy the mystery package to see if there is a conformation screen to make sure you want to buy it but the offer isn't there. If it's not there then Totem needs to add it. I seriously doubt people are accidentally clicking on them and getting stuck with cards though. I think it's people buying them hoping for good cards, not getting what they want and asking for a refund.

When I go to a casino and play a slot machine I don't ask for my money back because I didn't win any money. There are no conformation screens either every time I click spin but I know what I'm doing regardless.

Sorry that this has outraged so many of you. People make mistakes, clearly I'm in the minority of people that believes that if you are considering buying something, then you should have the opportunity to confirm that you want it or change your mind. In my case I clicked on the option and immediately downloaded a bunch of cards that I don't want. I was holding onto my credits with the intention of using them if I saw something I liked. Further, the downloads are based on wish lists, I don't have a wish list. So there was nothing for it to base its downloads on. There should be an option to decline purchase, or suggest that the client creates a list, for the program to work to.
Even though I still think that their way of doing it, is unreasonable. I'd agree to an immediate use of the refunded credit, however, I doubt that this would be on offer and, my problem as it may be. I doubt that furthering this via customer services, would be worth the effort. Certainly from the tone of your responses and reaction, this would seem to be the case.
Please don't respond to this answer, as far as I'm concerned, the thread ends here and I won't be responding to anyone other than customer services, in a private message.
Keep well all.

Not in response to @Zoony. ( Contact with Customer Service is the best option )

As far as i know, the Special Offers are all ONE CLICK offers.
there is no 2nd Confirmation Screen.

So if you Click on the Special Offer, you've Committed to the Purchase.
