probably just leftover installed programs entries in the registry since iStripper installs over the top of them in the same single directory unless you created a new user profile in between:

e.g. C:\Users\goldiecharlestonl\AppData\Local\vghd\bin

this IS iStripper, the program executable is still called vghd.exe so my advice do not run the removal program but instead use ccleaner or similar to delete those old 'installed' program entries only.
