My question is, why change the currency for the purchase of coupons? I used to buy 50 coupons for 500 rubles, and now they cost $ 50? It's much more expensive.

50$ is cheap. In Europe we pay 50 euro. This silly thing does not even support the euro symbol and that is funny. Shows up when you write it but in the actual post it is a '?'

The main problem is that most of russians dont have the ability to pay in any currency but roubles. And due to sanctions the amount you have to spend in roubles to qualify for "50$" is ridiculous, almost enough to get some russian VG models (like Nataly Von; Mandy Dee or Melena Tara want roughly 2-3 times more, but still) to perform for you live.

Aye, there are some stability issues with the Russian currency at the moment and that always sucks. Then again us Finns get taxed to death so if that were to be factored in we should also pay a lot less than in some other European countries. But the world does not work like that. The Finns always get screwed in all things ;-)
