How can I change the screen language from French into English?

On any page of the website, take a look at the upper left corner.
You will see small flags.
Click the very first one (far left). That one is English.
Once clicked, every page will be in English.

I have the webpage in English (left flag). When I click the "Download button", I get to the Download Mac version page. When I click the "Click here to Download" button, I get the file setupmac-vgirl_1F1Rjo2IBh.dmg. No choice for a language or whatsoever. When I install this and run it, I get a French screen. Since I am not French I prefer an English screen but I don't get that. My Mac is set to English in the preferences, but the Region setting is of course France since I am in France. On a Mac, all text should automatically change into the language on top of the Preferred languages in the Language & Region settings. This works for any program, except for VirtuaGirl. What can I do?
