I wanted to try the new version of virtuagirl 12012
And I saw that it doesent provide the same good functions of 1.1.0.84 that had 720 and 1080p clips scaled to the same size in standing clips.

I looked around on the internet looking for 1.1.0.84 and all I find is none legit files with various ***** exe and russian versions.

Anyone have a version 1.1.0.84 and can share or know some place i can get it?

@SatansFarmor if i remember correctly i think you can't go back once you upgrade from a 1.1 to a 1.2. but i do have the site link to "84".

But i would check with a mod before i try it, that size difference is the main reason i still us "84" myself.

if you have once installed a 1.2* version you CAN'T go back to a 1.1* version!!!!

Reinstating automatic scaling to account for the differences between 720p and 1080p is something I hope Totem will put back into a future release. The lack of that has been specifically raised in

As the feature existed in a previous release and technical considerations mean you can't revert I'm hopeful that it can be sorted very soon.

@scoofy : Thanks a lot for this information ! I think I'll go back for 1.1.0.84 or so myself, at least until eroticism levels choice settings are working again with new version.
It's quite surprising Totem crew are litterally ignoring all demands concerning this matter in all recent open threads (eroticism levels seem still totally ignored in most recent .54 Beta version currently developped, for what I've read from ppl providing feedback).

Last thing I have to is to find a link towards 1.1.0.8x installer, but think I have saw some onto other threads of the forum. ;)

@sc00fy Thank you! I'm finally back to .84 and things are back to the way they SHOULD be, like a right-click menu that's useful, no lag, models scaling up to screen properly, etc. Sadly I can't get the newer cards to work, tried to redownload 1080p instead of 3k but no luck

you can only install an older version when you have the exe-file. and i:m sure they're no longer available for download.
and keep in mind with that old version you can't play the new 3k shows.

1.1.0.84 only for cards playing, of course by one only and without 3k cards (i bought most of 3k's)

well, and a now shortly about quick changing the vghd software

with installed vghd new setup not needed, DON'T CHANGE YOUR VGHD REGISTRATION without needs
replace the client application on second pc WITHOUT CHANGING ACCOUNT ACCESS KEYS is easy to do:

0: unload both loaded vghd exes (downloader via task manager if allowed after quits)

1: unpack original vgsetup.exe with inno unpacker and place the files where you want
Inno Setup Unpacker is free tool, take the last version from SourceForge: http://innounp.sf.net/

2: save your current registry settings to file before doing any changes
press Win+R, type CMD and press Enter, then paste to the console a command below and press Enter:
reg.exe export "HKCU\Software\Totem" "%HomeDrive%%HomePath%\totem.reg"

be sure that you have saved YOUR ACCOUNT ACCESS KEYS WITH THEIR CONTENTS
notepad.exe "%HomeDrive%%HomePath%\totem.reg"

3: change the current data to version 1.1.0.84 (only of two values if your pathes stay the same)
paste both commands below and press Enter:
reg.exe add "HKCU\Software\Totem\vghd\DLM" /v "version" /d "1010084" /f
reg.exe add "HKCU\Software\Totem\vghd\DLM" /v "installedon" /d "0108130000" /f

if the files in other locations then change corresponding values of "vghd\System" subkey

4: delete the prevention keys before start any previous version, they will created by vghd again

5: "Trolltech" and "QtProject" keys can be used by other apps, look inside carefully before deletion

6: start vghd.exe without parameters and enjoy the simplicity

return to new version is easy also: unload exes, replace the files, import saved regfile, start vghd

Supa great. sc00fy was supa cool too and did provide more or less the same information.
I've got to reverse my desktop to 1.1.0.84 to try to see if playlist creating/applying (which I do now need, for my collection has grown bigger) are working properly in this version, and also to have random/progressive hotness work as expected ...you know merely to have the damn software decently usable !

Multiple girls and extra size (lagging in my yet recent laptop, so not useful anyway at least unless gpu acceleration is figured out again by the software team) and so are nice features but not KEY ones, I mean Totem really missed a point in presenting version having such regressions in primary (basis !!!) functions.
I guess I may find out that even in 1080p resolution new cards won't play on 1.1.0.8x but it'd be nice to have a usable software again anyway. Will see depending if I reverse my laptop too (since you can buy with decimal price systems and discount from the website, not the most practical crossover, but doable)...
