but ok if it violated the the posting rules i dont protest against deleting them.

But what i am protesting against is how some people threaten me

he threatens me to be shut down COMPLETELY as if it WAS in his hands to decide OVER ME.

i was not informed what mistake i did... or warned what mistake i did ... instead... i was told that i should read the rules ...

maybe it fair to take the privilege to let me write in forums for 2 weeks for not reading the rules ... and of course i agree that the pics were taken out...

but why is the thread closed ? its totally unfair

the thread was very popular and MANY people agreed to my idea ... and yet im being treaten like this for being innovative ...

Well, thing is, there are rules for posting. Several users gave you hints about it, not cause they are the police, but cause they are long time users and know the ways around.

To that you replied in the terms of: "I don't give a damn about regular users and only a mod can tell me off".

Well, a mod told you off, so what are you ***** about?

More often than not, an attitude like that toward other members and the open defiance of the rules gonna bring ya no hapiness.

And what you quoted from Hebasu, is just another way to explain to ya this part of the "terms and conditions":

So live and learn, and that is just a regular user advice.

Your complaint has been reviewed by another Mod, me.

Your complaint is totally without foundation and WA did has he was supposed to.

1. You ignored the rules when you posted and you accept the rules and their consequences when you first posted.
2. There is a warning at the top of the page saying do not post non totem nudity, which you ignored.
3. Despite repeated warnings from a mod, you continued with your posting of nudity.
4. You were warning by other senior members, which you deliberately ignored.
5. You show by your above post that you do not understand the rules or have not bothered to read them.
6. In my opinion, you are doing exactly that. If you have to be spoken to by another mod, you will indeed be banned for a period.

@cartref : there was no repeating warning from any mods at all --- your claim is the one that is without foundation.
There was no warning " before " ... it was " notified " and the pictures deleted some time after i already posted it ...

So dont put it that way like i was warned before and ignored it just because you see the notification of the mod . All deleted pics and warning came much later and at the same time ! so there was no "waring" before ! ( check edit dates of mod. notification )

Instead i get threatened by a " senior " member in a very rude way that i will be " shut down ...completely " ...

So his problem was not the nude Pictures nor that i violated some rules ( which i honestly didnt remember since i joined SOME YEARS AGO !! ) ... he simply threatens me to be shut down COMPLETELY just because i " ***** " mods to answere on my thread by claiming some rumors ... as if he is the one to decide what happens to my life ... he thinks he is the boss ... i dont have 1000 cards nor 1000 posts ... but im part of this community for a long time and i deserve some nice treatment and nice words ...

instead i get threatened again by mod Cartreff that this is my last warning as if i did ANYTHING WRONG ( except posting nude pics which rules i red more than 2,5 years ago ) .

Maybe the way i opened my thread by claiming to know rumors is provoking or " trapping " but i dont ***** anyone by posting such thread and no one is ***** to answere or vote in my threads...

I seemed to entertain some users and i got many positive reaction and agreement to my idea ! 71 % Loved my idea of Cosplay in virtuagirl .

maybe it got too much attention and made some people angry ... but thats no excuse for threats at all ! and especially not for " LAST WARNINGS " for one simple mistake !

im very unhappy with the treatment here !

@brudermurus, May I ask something ... Your topic was about rumors, means, about pure speculations, right? There wasn't a lot of entertainment, if to talk about the poll. Honestly. Poll about rumors ... Nonsense actually.

Now you claim that this was your Idea.... That's something completely different, isn't it? So your idea was to turn the whole current VG format into a Mardi Gras? And you think that members will really love that ...?
I guess they got just a misleading picture that you suggested more fantasy outfits and accessories, that's all, but you wanted to change the look of the whole VG program ... Not a good idea I guess.

Seems that you still haven't learned anything yet, don't ya? Though you've already got the best possible advice: - "So live and learn, and that is just a regular user advice. " ...

Hum, Reading again what Hebasu posted to ya, he said "it will only be a matter of time before the TEAM...etc." The "Team" is Totem. Hebasu never said HE would shut ya down nor that he would tell the Team to shut you down.

So I see not a treat, but an advice. And that advice is that nobody is reacting to your ideas in a bad way, but you think is funny to present them as "rumors" and is not the first time. A rumor, unless based on actual inside info, is just disinformation. You're ***** the company or even the mods to disclaim your disinformation and that takes time and pisses off more than one person. The company has a commitment to their customers to be accurate on the info they provide, so a joke to you is not a joke to them in that matter.

I have no problem with your ideas, (yet there are several threads suggesting cosplay outfits before yours), but instead of let some people to think that what you came up with is true, I would suggest you disclaim yourself and add to your threads on this style that nothing is true and is just for fun.

Lastly, I never heard of any team member, in all me years here, leaking info about the company or any plans they might have for the future. Whenever they want to gives us a hint or an advance they just do that. Whenever there's some info known to only a few selected users, those users are the mods and the QA and none of them leak anything ever. So not disclaiming yourself is what is, IMO, wrong with that.

Almost everybody makes a mistake posting stuff, so just accept you made a mistake and follow the rules in the future and all should be fine.

there is no point in the rules that forbids to create " rumors " or " lies " to make people discuss over it... its not the first time i opened a thread like this and its definatelly not the last time...

when i get users to post in my thread and to discuss my ideas, for me its better than sex ... i enjoy it when users start arguing and " battling " over my ideas ...

It was closed because there was contention starting between you and other Senior members.

I didn't see any Threats made to you. Just some very sound Advice from members who have been here a long time and understand the rules.

So a Thread, claiming to be rumored by a Totem Employee, is asking for a disproportionate amount of time to be used to dispel the Rumor.

I like the software but I don't understand why it is bundled with the PUP virus. If I remove the PUP virus the Virtuagirl software is removed. If I reinstall Virtuagirl, I get the PUP virus complete with POPUP adds, changing my default webpage and default search engine. Is there any way to get your software without viruses (addware) attached?

There is no adware, malware or viruses included with this software. You need to download directly from the sites download page. The current version is 1.2.0.12.

Any outside source is likely to have such things as adware, malware and viruses. It is not recommended to get the software from anywhere other than directly from Totem's Download Page. Another source is not supported either.

There is a difference .. PUP (Potentially Unwanted Program) is not a Virus.
If you're downloading programs from sites which offer freeware, you may get some kind of PUP in addition every time. Those sites get paid for spreading adware. That's their business. But PUPs can be avoided as well, if you're careful enough about, what exactly you're going to install and read all the messages .. and not all the PUPs are malicious ..

PUPs can be different: toolbars, search engines, add ons, etc .. but matters that some of them tend to change some of your computer default settings (taking over default search, browser's homepage and so on) and so to get an access to your browsing habits and personal data (online banking, mailbox ..). So they may spy after you, plus make your computer more vulnerable to real viruses.

Malwarebytes Anti-Malware usually removes ***** extras before installation without touching the main program, but yes, downloading software directly from vendor's site is always the safest way.

While what MrBeeKeeper has posted is True about PUP's (Potentially Unwanted Program)
The Important thing is:

There are No PUP's in VirtuaGirl or DeskBabes
There is no adware, malware or viruses in software.

@brudermurus, imagine if everyone started doing what you did. Rumors about Virtuagirl coming to the US! Rumors about Deskbabes now inluding boy/girl scenes! It would be chaos. Members wouldn't know what the hell is true or false, Mods would be in every thread trying to clarify the facts. Is this what you want? The forum to turn into tabloid stories?

Vixen01 already gave you the solution, just drop "rumor" from your threads so it won't ***** people. Especially in these times when Totem is going through many changes with the new software, they don't need any fake rumors mixing with the facts they're putting out.
