I bought a new PC and i'm installing VGHD here. The software says i'm logged in on some random name like "v1987564". I bought over 10 cards but i can't sync them and download them, because i can't seem to log in with my real account on the software. How do i solve this?

if you not know well your password, go in the site (Help) (Customer Service) (Login/Password) (I've lost my password)

after made this :

in the program go (Settings) (Advanced) clic mouse right on (Synchronize with server)
and (register again) here then you use the name account (suo111111) or (v21139293) if the first give problem.

edit : additionnal informations about install.
for the next time, when you install, normally you see one option (i have already one account).
