How come before I log in I can buy shows for 1 credit and then when I'm logged in it jumps to 2 credits?
Some times it's a random thing, sometimes the girls cost 1 credit, sometimes 2 for the same girl/show.

Cards you see in the Demo tab of the software are discounted for one credit (when bought in the software, if you go on the site you'll see them listed there for two credits as the site has no idea what demos are in your demos tab). The first card you ever buy is also discounted for one credit. All the other cards cost two credits.
