I guess it is a sponser/advertiser for what its worth.

Yes - looks like Totem are making money from affiliating to other sites as well as giving it out to their own affiliates. Good for them - nice way to make a bit of extra profit :-)

If it is then nudity now officially made it to the vg website and the website is not ok for home and work anymore.

Starryk is right, its nice to have that link but the pictures themselves should not
have nudity just like the model's home page.

I've noticed the partner tab on a couple cards... I don't mind. It's not intrusive... plus, from what I've seen, it links to 21 Sextury... A fantastic Euro-porn site I've subscribed to in the past. It's good stuff!

I'm all for sponsorship/partnership as long as Totem keeps up the good work.

I myself had no issue with the New partner Tab.
I welcome It.. ;-)

My only concern was the Wording of the Terms and Conditions.
Which is the LAW of the Land we Mods have to go by.
So I asked for the Team to give us MODS some heading on the Partners Tab.

At the very least, to follow the wording of the T & C, the Tab was fine, but the Nude Pictures could be seen by FREE / Public members. So there was some conflict there.

So until the Team can respond, it's all just speculation..

I think is likely, just as Wyldanimal said. This is a commercial agreement, can't believe this can be removed just for someone's idea. Unless there's someting that went sour between the partners, might be a glitch.

I saw postings by Alerte (as Alerte2) where he ***** about the partner tab being "hard core" action stuff and that he opposed it being on soft core VG. It(Partner tab) disappeared from the site soon after his multi-postings appeared.
It just disappeared...There were no mentions of Why from Totem...Leaving the road to open speculation using the available facts wide open!!

de toutes manière les autres Modérateurs se débrouilleront bien sans moi, et je pense que je ne suis plus d'aucune utilité ici, en tous cas c'est ce que je ressent en ce moment avec tous les événements qui se sont passé pendant mon mandat de Modérateur autant avec certain membres de la Team que avec certain Modérateur et aussi certain utilisateurs, je ne serai donc maintenant qu'un simple consommateur.

Confirming WA's actions and I have seconded the request for an update.

No one member's opinion carries wait over another, when we have some news we will post.

We're exchanging links with a few other companies around models we both have, but this one was too intrusive and leading to explicit images without warning. So we decided to remove it. That exchange might come back in the form of the left column ad banner changing according to the girl you're reviewing on VirtuaGirl or DeskBabes.
