Is there a way to de-authorize a computer?

I ask this because I don't keep computers for long periods of time before I upgrade.

Hmm so I guess because I had to uninstall in safe mode. That I've lost a license or do I need to contact costumer support?

(I've been trying to move the files off of my SSD and on to my HDD, every time I tried to move the folders to the VIR folder. It said that the Bin folder was still in use.(Win 7 64 bit. I even tried ending the process tree and still got the error that the bin Folder was in use...))
