Im having trouble withe download of a cards data.

I tried to purchase the card of "Melisa - Hot Waitress" a couple of days ago but the data did not download. How can I fix this.

I also wondered why I purchased 25 points, spent 3 and now have 17?

Since my last post I have successfully purchased and downloaded four cards (although it takes over 30 minutes for each download.)

I still don't understand how I can have originally purchased 25 credits, downloaded 5 cards successfully for a total of 10 credits and yet you say I have 9 credits not the 15 I should have.

BTW, what does the bronze star on my first comment mean?

@lawaz1 for your query on amount of credits left you need to go to the help section to get to customer services.
As for the bronze star this little guide should help.

01-09 cards = Bronze
10-39 cards = Silver
40-99 cards = Gold
100-299 cards = Platinum
300 cards = VIP
