I have the software installed properly. I am showing connected as the status in the download area of the advanced settings. I have automatically download trailers, full shows and allow downloading after program quits checked on. I have vghd.exe and the downloader allowed through the firewall. yet no matter what I do my collection remains empty of anything. I have cards showing in FULL collection but not in MY collection. I am not downloading anything at all. I have checked the update function a few times now. Any ideas on what is happening? This is why I quit using this software months ago. I have a couple hundred cards that I cannot use. Thanks in advance for any help.

install all programs of all Totem site you use.

is it just me or is DB really cheap with their dl speeds? 60kbps? my top is 1000kbps >_< urk!

I have four Desk Babes demo/trailer cards that have been stuck in my collection for weeks. I don't want them and can't get rid of them! Aren't they supposed to time-out after five days or so, when they are automatically replaced? I guess this is a bug. The problem's not happening with vghd.

@MoodyCat the DB demos are yours to keep they have no exparation, and there aren't any other demos available. If you delete the files in the demo models folder but leave the vhdtrailers files they won't play again and won't re-download automatically

Thanks to SimWarlock for the explanation. I'd assumed that the trailers/demos work like they do in vghd, where they expire after five days or so and are replaced by new ones - obviously not! I may well carry out the assassinations before Christmas, although Sarah and Natalia could receive a stay! *****, eh?
