I'm a newbie here at DeskBabes and i didn't find an answer in the FAQ or here in the Forum. I just bought ariel but how can she play for me?!
She doesn't appear n the Software under "My Collection"

What should i do?

I've got the problem that I bought and downloaded Cindy Dollar - Solo, but i can't play her. She appears as downloaded and ready in my collection but when I try to hit the play button then nothing happens. The play-button is not dark blue (ready to play), instead it is bright blue (like deleted or something like that).
How can i fix this problem or what am i doing wrong?

This might not work but I have two suggestions.
1) In desktop settings have you set the erotic level for it to play?
2) At the bottom of the Your Collection page have you got a green tick by Activate?

Yes, both, it's activated and the erotic levels are all hooked. Still dosen't work... all my VG cards are working and the DB demos are fine too, everything seems to work except the fact that i can't play Cindy Dollars Solo.

@DeskFritz, can you confirm which version of software you have. if not .75 you need to download this. If you have this version you could try deleting the card and redownloading as there may have been an error in your original download.. If you could provide some screenshots it might help locate your problem.
