Did this recently and lost all things VG. No more dancing on my desk top/nada
I never did get VG to work for me ( not IT grad). A few cards got downloaded, I dont know how!!!!
Anyway., I like this site but seem to be dumb ass at operating it. Please help. I don know how to download cards to Linux??????????????

Vix, I've been avoiding you since misrepresenting - I dunno, something about tattoos. Anyhow, Linux? Goodluck. This software (V-Girl - Deskbabes) was written for Win & Mac. Linux - Unix Systems are business server operating systems with multiple security vulnerabilities in subroutines. I suggest he/she upgrade to Win 7 if Microsoft lover or, Snow Leopard for Mac. Win 7 home basic runs seemless, home premium even better. (EXCEPTION) Win 7 Ultimate which I use has "XP Mode" and, a Linux Powershell built into it's matrix, meaning its simply turned on or off at the operators leisure - W2M Post S - it's very likely a linux system is/was responsible for the ddos attacks. Affordable & Useful only to huge corporations, militaries, ***** & warlord type insurgents.

Shitfromshinola, I have not done this with Linux, but it helped me when I couldn't find my girls. It might help you. Go to advanced setting, right-click "Check for news", left click the small icon which appears and then confirm that it can refresh your collection data.
Work2Much, this software was not written from Mac. As far as I know, the software is Windows only. I sincerely hope that I am wrong and that there is a Mac OS X version out there. I converted to Mac last year, and I chose the path of virtualization. I am running a virtual Windows XP using Parallels Desktop. I assume that VirtualBox from Sun Microsystem/(nowadays a part of Oracle) would also work. Virtualization could be an alternative for Linux users. But on the other hand it would mean that you are still running windows installation even though it is virtual, and thus you would need a windows license.
