At first i have downloaded the software, then ihave installed.
I have buyed tickets and now when i klick on the button "buy for tickets" i become the message i must installed the software on my pc.
what is wrong?
PS: i dont speak good english, sorry

I had this problem at first too.
Try restarting the Deskbabes software and clicking the 'Check for news' button on 'Advanced Settings'. I had to do this a few times before everything updated correctly.
I also logged out of the website and then logged in again.
