a0033 was never released due to copyright issues and 128 was never released for unknown reasons, although the promo photo-gallery for affiliate sites is available for 128 as well.

On another note - I wonder why there are only 3 additional cards coming up? Is Totem's release schedule being reduced to three per week again, or is there still another to find?
