So far as I can tell there's no real difference.

If you install the HG version of the player as well as the VG version, you'll get an extra five trailers (or rather, one extra trailer every day, so fiver extra the day you install). If you then buy a girl (in particular a special offer) from HG, she'll become part of your VG collection too (to all intents and purposes - there is an option to disable HG/VG collections but I've not played with it).

The ony difference I've noticed is that the cards HG offers me as trailers tend to be better than the VG cards (but that's completely subjective).

The difference is the name. As in the magazine.
Yes you can download in both of these applications. There will be a tag in the application to change between the two.
You cannot have a dubscription on both sites at the same time.
I'm sure that Duo's will, in time, be in the specials, it is random... right?;)

Be warned... it appears that uninstalling either of the application will delete ALL your models.

They will still be in your collection, but they will all be removed from your hard drive. So just proceed with caution!

Yep I found that out yesterday, fortunately I had a partial back up, but it took over 12 hours to recover the 100 cards I didn't have backed up. Uninstalling the application before did not remove cards in models. I wonder if you rename the vghd folder before an uninstall if that would fix that problem.

so it would be better if i do anything and stay only with virtuagirlHD, right? i don't understand the sense in all this xD

One is sold from one source and the other one is from another source. They just don't work together. You can however, do VirtuaGirl and VirtuaGuy together by signing up at both sights, but I think that's it. If you do that, I think you may have to download both softwares, but I'm not sure. If you want guys, maybe someone else can tell you more about that. I only have the girls on VGHD. That's all I know about the three.

If you install both you get an extra trailer everyday, and a second (though much slower, which can be good) special offer. It costs me 0.01 MB on my hard drive and my tickets are valid on either site. Definitely worth it in my opinion.

Has anyone heard of any issues when trying to install virtuaguy after you already have virtuagirl installed?

I'm afraid of loosing all my models.

hello @Ramon1956 for raison work i install also VGuy but i desactive of my filter and i never see guy on my screen.

if you uninstall VGuy use (yes, keep my models).

not use the option uninstall everything.

@Ramon1956 if you install Vguy over your VGHD, after the Vguy has finished you'll have to re-install your VGHD, Vguy doesn't use the exact program that VGHD does and will downgrade some of the files

then why did my vgirtagirl filter dissapear when I installed the deskbabes new version,after I reinstalled VGHD I had everything back where it was to be
