When I try to launch the programme it doesn't start. Just an hourglass flashes for one second then nothing happens. Someone out there who knows the problem and how to fix it?

hello @enquisto you must have minimum XP system service pack 2, try to install again the program, made sur you have the last version 1.0.2.35
