How to re-download a card that fails to download correctly the first time?

I just started buying cards yesterday. For the most part, all of my girls have downloaded fine. However, since I bought several cards at once, it has taken a while to download them all with my low band-width connection.

Problem: I think my internet service was interupted while downloading was under way for two of my cards. As such, they have installed, but are not operational. They still show as "grey" cards on my collection list and can not be accessed or played. Is there a way to correct this problem? Maybe re-download them again? Will checking for up-dates again correct this problem?

If anyone can offer assistance, I'd be much obliged. Cheers. DD

Hi ok you could try going in the software and going to downloads and then check for updates or try to delete the cards and try to download them again. It worked for me once. Or you could try this,
Close the program. Go to:

C:UsersYOURUSERNAMEAppDataRoamingvghdmodels

and delete the file,

models


restart the program and hit the check for updates and see if the problem is corrected.
