It's usually once a year.
At the beginning of the new year we usually got 10 (20?)% off the last years releases.

In the past it was at least 2 times a year, but right now it seems like once a year is the best we can get, which is sad. I spent all my credits on it and will spend nothing in the Black Friday sale.
