I 've not seen any of the models on mainstream TV/media, but they probably use others names, and maybe appear as extras in all the many crap soap series that are made.

It is the scene where Theon Greyjoy is at the tavern sulking while his sister has a girl on her lap and is kissing the girl's breasts. In the background Heidi can be seen flirting with patrons, evetually leading one of them to the back. She is fully nude in the scene. I believe she was also in another episode as a tavern girl also. I believe the scene had Tyrion in it but not cetain.
