I need to know if CARDS are 4K or not before I buy them. There are plenty of older cards that I will still wish to buy... But for now I at ;east want to know.... What it is that I am buying.

In the filter Quality, choose Crystal Clear + and you will see only the cards available in 4k.

ALL Crystal Clear + cards are AVAILABLE in 4K. Each and every one of them. You have to set the default download to 4K in the app settings to be sure to GET them in 4K, otherwise the default download is 3K (original app default). I am not sure how anyone can make this more clear. Although we have tried.

I checked the website to find this information.
I searched the store to find the crystal clear + cards (all, owned and otherwise) and sorted by date, then sorted by card number.
I have no idea why the website is telling me that the two cards I showed of Lesya are crystal clear +, when they are actually just crystal clear.
I made a mistake about these cards because the website is showing these cards in a search for the crystal clear + cards.
This is what I saw, not what I actually knew to be true. I assumed the website would be correct.

I guess I will no longer trust the website to show accurate information in the searches.
I already know that a lot of the time when I search for a specific girl's cards, sometimes some other card comes that does not even match the search query.

No worries. I just use the client because I believe (but may be mistaken) that it is less of a data suck.

For some reason the website shows 1290 cards in 4K

My collection only shows 1284 (and I have all the 4K cards) a differenc of 6.

Obviously 3 of them appear to be Lesya - I wonder who the other 3 are?

Ah! @JonC001 has a different issue. I think the problem with Lesya is that the website quality search isn't granular enough to catch a girl where some of the cards were 3K and some were 4K- apparently in the same shoot! But the cards THEMSELVES are correctly marked.

The search is finding MODELS where there are CC+ cards, and then displaying all the cards from that model. But the search isn't operating on a card level.

In the application:

• I am finding in the store (without a search; nothing in the search bar) 292 cards that are crystal clear + and no other filters.
• I am finding in my collection (without a search; nothing in the search bar) 991 cards that are crystal clear + and no other filters, and with no hidden cards.
• This is a total of 1283 cards

I wonder what the extra card that @Number6 has. (maybe one counted twice?)

In my collection I have 1267 Crystal Clear + cards which includes 27 SEC as of November 14, 2022.

There are 17 SEC cards that I do not have in Crystal Clear +.

This makes 1284 cards currently in Crystal Clear +.

I am also getting 1284 4K shows via the client though I have no 4K shows downloaded myself as I never had premium.

Some of Stella Flex and Paulina Soul may be incorrectly shown as 4K on the website I dunno for sure. 😕

Paulina Soul has 3 out of 6 cards in 4K and Stella Flex has none (All 6 are in 3K) .

I am basing this on the cards that are in my collection. I checked one by one the maximum resolutions of the 2 girls' cards.

I made a small mistake, Stella Flex has 9 cards, all in 3K at the maximum resolution. I don't know why I only saw 6 of them. Sorry.

As others have explained earlier in this thread the web site filters find any girls, not cards, that match the filter settings. This is different to the app which filters individual cards. I think that this is sub-optimal from the customers point of view but not difficult to understand or use. On the web site the rule is find a girl and then show us every card she has made (if you like you can think of the "other cards" as comprising similar to a "you may also like" list such as you see on Amazon)

If you set the web site store's quality filter to "crystal clear+" you see that Paulina Soul has made at least one card with this quality. You can then look at her details - including the list of all the cards see has made - and at the details of any of her cards but when you do this the filtering is no longer being applied.

Well, that's interesting. I search under "models" for CC+ and it shows the three cards that Stella Flex has that were marked CC+. Now HERE it IS showing cards. Except for Stella the cards are not MARKED correctly. Because the one of those that I just downloaded is NOT 4K. So I take it back. Apparently at the transition period cards could be mismarked. I think it was MEANT to be 4K, the listed file size would be correct for that. You don't actually get that file size though. Maybe it's bugged?? On the website you can only see the CC+ marking when you don't own it, btw, although you can still see the file size.

For Stella Flex the APP shows them correctly as all CC, especially the 3 cards apparently mismarked on the web site. Now I am wondering if there were other errors right at the time CC+ came out. For Lesya since I HAVE the CC+ card I can confirm that that one card is really 4K.

I *think* this issue is only for a few cards but I don't have a lot of the cards that were released April-May 2019. One I DO have is correct, the first card she did was CC and then the rest CC+, and I have that first CC+ card.

Because you can no longer see the web site quality designation once you own it, it is hard to check though.
