I do believe that you bo0ys are missing the point. I AM NOT speaking of todays
Lana Lane Card but the card from two weeks ago. Which I CANNOT Download. The
one titled "With Strings Attached" It will NOT download to my computer!!!!!

You may get more response if you quit the shouting.
Have you looked back at the thread you started in Bugs and Fixes?@Wyldanimal made some suggestions and made a follow up asking if you had tried it.
@Manue also asked further down if you were still having problems.
You don't appear to have replied to either of them.
Now you have started yet another thread on the same topic. How do you expect people to help if you don't respond?
You can raise a ticket with support if you wish. Click on the circle with an "i" in it on the menu bar (Top right). Click on Customer Service and follow the instructions for raising a ticket.
