Can anyone here tell me what the white-circled button in the picture is for?

I haven't used the software for a while and I have no idea what this button between 'Activate' and 'Delete' is for.

That button, when activated, "hides" the card from My Collection. In that way you do not see that card at all. If you have cards you don't want to see in your collection, you would click on the eye & the card disappears from My Collection.

To unhide, click on the three lines at the top right of the GUI (app)
Click on "View"
Select "Hidden Cards" (see screenshot)
Select the card you want to unhide
Click on the eye to unhide (make sure the eye is not green)
