Wednesday or yesterday I already had 3 jokers and the SEC of Little Caprice, but you can win some extra jokers and some gift cards.
I played "Twenty Five" several times. I started with 1666.50 credits
credits spent : 660
credits won : 590
gift cards : 4
joker : 1
cards won : 10
Now I ended up so far with 1596.50 credits, So I lost 70 credits, but I've got 4 gift cards, 1 joker and 10 cards for it.
Nice week for me. There were some issues the last days, but for me all the issues were fixed.
I would like to thank the team for the hard work during the last week. And also I want to thank @pickle1 and @WyldAnimal for the advices they have given this week.

@batavus - I am just glad the week has ended on a high note for you - and thank-you for your kind appreciation. It has been a tough week for the team and I suspect they will be glad to see the end of Black Friday!

@SittingDuck - I can see from your account that you have not been credited - sadly I don't have the authority or power to act.

Could I please ask you to raise a ticket with Customer Service. Your post may not be spotted if it turns into a lively weekend on the Forum.

I don't know how it reads the board to determine winners, but I got 3 hearts(35c) and 3 eggplants(150c) and it only shows the 35c prize in account history.
edit: It's the 35c prize from 2020-11-27 20:07:37 in account history if that helps

I got an eggplant along with the gift card line up. Is this not supposed to happen, because I did not get my 150 credits from the eggplants.

Thanks

@AShadow

If you look in your History, you will see Both a 35 credit added and a 150 credit added
at the same time.
I included your Picture here again also.

If you still think there is an Error
then you must open a Support Ticket.

I've opened a ticket, Unfortunately it seems that my decision to keep playing (How lucky would I have to be to line up two prizes at once again?) has led to some ***** as those timestamps and the matching "pack purchased" show me winning 35c and then 150c on the next play, and not the system awarding both prizes for the same play, as per my issue. Thanks for all your hard work, and hope you had a great Thanksgiving!

Seems like I am in the same situation as several others here. I have purchased all available cards, have Little Caprice SEC and 3 Jokers and when I attempt to play "The Twenty Five" the play button remains grayed out (inactive). Can the team get this corrected so we can play for additional Jokers, Gift Cards or Credits? Thanks for the teams hard work and Happy Holidays

Sorry thats not a game, only antoher form to spend money and wait for the luck. It makes no sence for me to spend money if the chance to win is so low and their is no chance to improve it by playing. As aonther one write before, he spend 3000 credits... sorry you guys have to think about a better "game".
To be honest i like to have a special card but i do not spend 3000 credits or more for this.

I know you want to have our best, the money :) but if we have no chance why should we play?

I spent around 850 credits on the twenty-five, & I got:
  • 1 SEC (that I didn't particularly want)
  • 9 gift cards
  • 12 VirtuaGirl cards
  • 1 DeskBabes card
  • 13 Istripper cards
  • 1 Istripper X card
That's 37 cards, and 13 of them are worth 11 or 8.8 credits (35%). So the average cost of a card is about 23 credits, mostly for cards you wouldn't buy in the first place.

And I didn't win any Joker nor 150 credit prize. I didn't actually look for errors (as some reported) in 3 symbols aligned, so I might have lost credits/prizes there.

I wouldn't have played if it wasn't for filling the last 2 joker bar.

I think this game should cost less, 10 or 12 credits, the winnings should include a x5 credit win (50 or 60), and exclude random cards. Then you would only play for Joker, Gift cards and SECs, and it could be worth it.

Instead of having games that rely purely on luck, you should have games like this one that rely on a skill. Let's say something similar to candy crush, where you can move symbols to win a prize. Every time you play it costs 5 credits, you have to move symbols to get the prize corresponding to the 3 symbols.

I remember a few years ago, there was a memory game. It was an interesting idea, but wasn't worth it because you had to buy all the cards from the deck.
Why not bring that back, where we can win prizes we actually want?

It's actually simple - the games exist to bloat your collection and give you something you'd not buy in the first place (of you're a selective veteran buyer).

They're not for you, and will never be, but yet you still continue to play and be disappointed :)

@Alkasyn I agree it takes two to tango. I know these games are not made for long time members, and I made the choice to participate. But maybe if the team and other members pay attention, things can change.

As 3D members, if we want to get Jokers, our options are limited. I'm suggesting other games that could be worth it for both parties.

From the GUI (app)......

Select the circled "i" at the top right (next to the gear)
Select Customer Service (first screenshot)
Then select new ticket (second screenshot)

At 15 per roll it is a bit expensive for those with lots of cards but after doing this for a long time I really didn't lost that much compared to a lot of the other ones they throw out plus I like the gift card ones in case they ever put out some more expensive cards so they cost less. (I also got 3 jokers so really it was worth it for me), but it is definitely geared toward members with less cards.

Fun Fact, the Servers at Totem are still under heavy Load and not only since just now,
so i guess the people don't care about that, just saying 😎

@Stanston thanks for your insight, you really know how to cheer people up! 😄

I did notice the priority now is more about fixing bugs in the games.

Apparently, other triple diamond members like cameron997456 were luckier, so that's already positive. 😉

People never ***** so much about a game than now.
Twenty five and Triple Chance are the best games in my opinion. Slot Machine, Wheel of Bargain, Progressive Pack and/or other booster pack games are far less good. And no one was *****.
But it's true you have to be lucky.

Ah bon ?
[quote] People never ***** so much about a game than now [/ quote]
Is that so ?
Everyone prefers this or that game according to their desire to have or not a maximum of cards, and according to their initial reduction. From a previous good or bad experience, etc, etc
One thing is certain indeed, it takes all the same luck. 😉

@Stanston agreed, I understand most participants will be on the losing end. But these losses could be balanced, so you won't end up losing so much.

I posted my results in order to show other (potential) participants and the team, I think they can look into it and maybe make these games better. I'm sure if the losses weren't so high, more people would play, and the players would play longer.

For example, if I had lost 100 or 200 credits (apart from what the cards are worth), but ended up with 28 cards I wanted, it wouldn't feel like a loss, there would still be some form of satisfaction.

@batavus I think people are ***** about it now because it's brand new.

If this would be a game that let me win cards from my wish list I'd love to play but after all I read here in this thread... meh.
