I have a lot of accounts that have 0 cards/credits. I also have 6 accounts that have cards and credits. I hope to delete the empty accounts and conbine the accounts that have cards/credits into one account. any help will be appreciated.

@LL4237JIM - my recommendation to you is to open a ticket with Customer Services explaining why you have multiple accounts to see if they will combine them. As a Moderator I cannot help with this kind of account query.
