I just want to add my comment as a customer, like you all.
If you read the forum year after year, you can see that a great number of customers want diversity on iStripper, me too. And with this kind of shows, where the model doesn't show her full intimity, we have this kind of diversity, as we have in the skin/hair color, size of the breast, pro-dancer or not, good use of the pole or not, etc.
The diversity makes the interest I have for iStripper for years now, and I will support that thing for ever.

And with over 4600 shows now, have fun with iStripper for almost a decade 😎

... if I could vote for "Nudity", "Full Nudity" or "XXX", surely my choice would be "Full Nudity" and "XXX" only.

Excuse me if I quote myself, but if I could have voted, this would have been my vote ...

I prefer full nudity/ explicit cards. I may buy one or two of the just nudity cards if I like the model and the outfit, but I never buy the full set.

Totem will offer variety and if some variety does not sell I would suspect that fewer and fewer of those shows will be offered.

I suggest members not buy shows that are not to their liking, and never purchase a preorder.

Collectors who want to own every show? To each their own. Every time I participate in one of the special offerings and receive a card I would not buy I know that a full collection is not for me.

👍

I am glad that that I did not purchase this month's preorder.

There is something going on with recent votes, even more glaringly than before... Two of the cards released today, Friday August 28th 2020 (Takha: Sunshine Of Our Lives and Stella: Purple Rain) have rating of 3.36 and 3.72 respectively while every written review for both of them as of now is full 5 stars.

There seems to be quite a few people there giving 1 or 2 stars for both of these shows, which is very hard for me to understand since the score deviates very much from the scores of their earlier cards and to me, they don't seem at all worse... actually, I think both of them are better than their previous cards.

What is the issue here? It would be easier to understand if all those 1 and 2 star voters would give some reason for their votes... now it just seems that they're abusing the system for some reason. It's not fair for the girls, and I don't think the votes have been given "honestly".

I totally agree.
I wished the anonymous voters would give their reasons.

This happens with every calendar. The ratings crater on pretty much every card.

My guess is members resent buying something they didn't want and instead of taking blame for their own actions they instead take it out on the card or model.

I don't care how someone else rates but it keeps the demos from showing up in the carousel which I do watch.

@Dfner - I am as baffled as you. Stella has 6 actual reviews, all with a 5 star score - but after 33 "ratings" she is at 3.67. It begs the question whether the people voting have even bothered to watch the show. Are the critics those people who opted for the August pre-buy and are now regretting their decision?

Stella is not to my taste - but instead of punishing her with a low score, I just don't buy the card.

Probably @pickle1. Thanks to the Showroom, I was able to "look ahead" and see that there were a few cards that I wasn't interested in getting. So I didn't get this months pre order.

I think this is the explanation for those low-rated non-reviews.

It's much easier to simply say 'the selection sucks' and downvote the models than it is to say "I shouldn't have bought the pre-order because it's an anti-consumer tactic but I couldn't help myself as I was thinking with my dick' :)

If you can't afford to b disappointed, don't buy preorder.

As seen even in this thread, there are people who understand and follow that modus operandi.
