If you did this just now, it might be too late.
the reload was the weekend only and based on Paris time.
I am not sure, you might want to re-read the original offer and look for the time limit.

I did NOT get my Bonus when I reloaded. what should I do.

Open a Customer Service ticket describing that you did not receive the bonus credits with your reload. include 2 screenshots......
1 - A screenshot of your receipt email w/time stamp on it
2 - A screenshot of your account history with your reload purchase, with your mouse over the date so that the time stamp shows the time of purchase
